"PAYMENT / CANCELLATION POLICY"

In order to avoid misunderstandings in the future, please read this carefully, as your reservation is subject of this policy.

1. Your booking will be confirmed after a $100 USD /person deposit has been made. This deposit is not refundable as it is considered a processing fee in case of cancellations.
   
   
   
2. Full payment of reservation is requested 30 days prior to arrival. This payment is not refundable, but it is applicable towards future bookings and can also be transferable subject to availability.
   
   
   
3. Unused services such as : partial or full days of diving, meals, hotel nights, transfers, and any other service that could have been included in a package, are not refundable or transferable.
